El HID OMNIKEY 5325 USB Prox es un lector de tarjetas de proximidad y tarjetas inteligentes de escritorio USB diseñado para leer tarjetas de proximidad sin contacto, así como tarjetas inteligentes de contacto. Es compatible con Plug and Play y cumple con una gran variedad de estándares para instituciones financieras, lo que facilita su desarrollo. El lector R53250009-1 también es compatible con tarjetas inteligentes EMV. Debido a que es compatible con los contactos y sin contacto, permite una ruta de actualización sencilla para comenzar a implementar nuevas tarjetas sin tener que volver a identificar a los usuarios existentes.
