“Estábamos en una verdadera urgencia por las cintas que la máquina de insignias estaba utilizando. Había hecho un pedido con Office Depot, y no me di cuenta de que la fecha de entrega era de dos semanas. Cuando encontré lo que necesitaba en ID Wholesaler, hice la llamada telefónica para ordenar. Me dijeron que UPS ya había pasado y que el producto no se enviaría hasta el lunes, pero llegó el lunes! Sabían cuánto necesitaba estas cintas e hicieron lo necesario para sacarlos ese día! Definitivamente recomiendo a IDW a otros clientes y les compraré de nuevamente en el futuro!”
